September - Work Week with Beta Chi 

Come have dinner with the Collegians at DU as they prepare for Recruitment. DG Alumnae Group will provide the dinner. Please bring a sweet treat or appetizer to share with the collegians.

Details: Help prepare our collegians for recruitment by giving them a much needed break! Have dinner share a story of your recruitment and then help them end the evening with just a little more work as they prepare for our future members.

September - Fall Business meeting

Details: If you are a gardener, bring surplus veggies to share or exchange, enjoy some fresh treats and snacks and your favorite refreshing beverages as we kick-off our official calendar year. Reconnect with old friends, meet new friends, recommit to DG as we anchor ourselves in Denver. This will be a business meeting.

October - DO GOOD WEEK 10/8 - 10/15 - Puppy Pull Toys

In honor of Do Good Week (10/8 - 10/15), we will be having a Do Good Week Service Event!

When: Saturday, October 11, 2025

Time: 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Where: James A. Bible Park, 6796 E Yale Ave, Denver, CO 80224

What: We will be making tug toys for the guide dogs at Guide Dogs for the Blind Boulder Puppy Raisers. Please bring an old T-shirt and a pair of scissors. Instructions to make the toy will be provided. We will be meeting at James A. Bible Park (6796 E Yale Ave, Denver, CO 80224), which has a large parking lot and picnic benches. Please meet us at the benches behind the north building. The forecast for Saturday looks sunny and in the 70s, so please bring a hat and wear sunscreen!

October - "Pick" Your Own Adventure Fall Festival

Date: Sunday, October 26, 2025

Time: 10:00am 

Address: Chatfield Farms, 8500 W Deer Creek Canyon Road, Littleton, CO 80128 

Details: Chatfield annual Corn Maze will be active, there will be food vendors (albeit limited to fair type of foods). This is a family friendly event, so please feel free to bring your kids, a picnic, or buy from a vendor! You can enjoy the corn maze (please buy tickets in advance directly from the botanic gardens - specific timed entry, no on-site purchase https://www.botanicgardens.org/events/special-events/corn-maze) or enjoy the fall grounds and farm house. 

We will meet at the front entrance. Please find Cassie - she will be holding a balloon! Contact VP Programming Cassie Minne (denverdgprogramming@gmail.com) if you need help meeting the group.

Cost: Price of Admission: Adults $13, Seniors (65+) $10, Children (3-15) $7 (and students with ID), if you are botanic Gardens Member, price is free.

November -  Sisters-Supporting-Sisters & Favorite Things Gift Exchange

Details: We’ll kick off the evening with Sisters Supporting Sisters, featuring a special presentation from our very own Sarah Nininger, Founder & Executive Director of Action in Africa — an incredible 501(c)3 nonprofit empowering communities in Uganda through education and opportunity. Then, get ready for some friendly fun with our Favorite Things Gift Exchange! Bring a wrapped gift ($15–$20) featuring one of your favorite items — think beauty must-haves, cozy finds, or kitchen gadgets — and a holiday dish to share. Katie will have appetizers and drinks ready!

December - Annual Holiday Brunch

Details: Come celebrate the holidays with your sisters! We will be hosting our annual brunch and silent auction, and live action at Anchor Center.

Cost: Free for Local Dues Paid Members; $20 Non- Dues Paid Members; $5 Mimosa; $15 Bottomless Mimosa

January - Chili Cook-off

Details: A competition of epic proportions...Who makes the best chili? Set your crock-pot for cook and bring your best chili to this friendly competition and gathering in on a chilly night. There is always plenty to eat, however only lady will go home with the winner spoon. Vote your favorite and enjoy a cozy night of sisterhood.

February - Visions of Love

Details: Join us for Anchor Center for Blind Children’s 16th Annual Visions of Love Fundraiser. Co-Hosted by Delta Gamma alumnae chapter of Denver, enjoy an evening at Anchor Center with curated fine wine, selections, whiskey tastings, heavy appetizers, and decadent chocolates.

Cost: VIP $75, General Admission $55

March - Painting with a Twist 

Date: Thursday, March 12, 2026

Details: Try your hand at creating your own masterpiece of art. Have fun with your sisters and see how each us of create a little something different with the same instruction. Enjoy an evening of laughs, music, art and more! There are 20 seats available so be sure to mark it on your calendar!
