Denver Alumnae Chapter

Welcome to the Denver Alumnae chapter of Delta Gamma! Our chapter was chartered in 1910, and our chapter strives to live our Fraternity’s motto to “Do Good.” We support Beta Chi (University of Denver) and Phi (Colorado-Boulder) collegiate chapters with events, advisers, and house corporation board members.

Philanthropy is important to our chapter and we support both the Delta Gamma Foundation and the Anchor Center for Blind Children in Denver. In 2017, we began hosting the annual Visions of Love, a fundraising event to support Anchor Center and Service for Sight. Our members actively volunteer their time to fulfill Delta Gamma’s mission of service to those who are blind or visually impaired, and to sight preservation, as well as many other causes including schools, animal shelters, and organizations for children in need. We hold our annual fundraiser in February called Visions of Love to benefit Service for Sight and Anchor Center for Blind Children.

Denver Alumnae chapter has consistently been recognized by Delta Gamma as a Five Star Alumnae Success chapter, for outstanding programming, leadership, and operation. Our diverse and exciting programming offers a mixture of old favorites like our annual December Brunch and Founders Day. Our events are offered either free or very low cost, but that is only possible through the collection of local dues. If you haven't already, I highly encourage you to pay your local dues and join us at one of our upcoming events.

We meet monthly from September to May. In addition to our monthly meetings, we encourage you to try one (or more!) of our Special Interest Groups. They include Anchor Moms, Book Club, and a new group dedicated to those alumnae who are thirty years of age or younger. It is called N.A.U.T.ICAL (New Alumnae Under Thirty). These groups are fun and easy ways to get involved, meet other alumnae, and expand your horizons. If you are interested in learning more about our programming, please contact Sarah at denverdgprogramming@gmail.com

Whether you just moved here or are a life-long Coloradan, the Denver Alumnae Chapter welcomes you!
